All products sold on AncientValor are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Production begins after your order is placed.

PRODUCTION TIME

Production typically takes 2–5 business days.
During peak seasons or holidays, production times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES (Estimated)

United States: 3–7 business days  
Europe: 5–10 business days  
International: 7–14 business days  

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.

LOST PACKAGES

If your order appears lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement.
