REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Because all products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand fulfillment partner, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Change of mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Minor color differences caused by screen settings
• Slight variations in print placement or sizeEach item is custom produced after an order is placed. For this reason, all sales are considered final unless the item is defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To process your claim, you must provide:
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the issue
• Your order numberIf the issue is confirmed, we will, at our discretion:
• Send a replacement free of charge
OR
• Issue a refund to your original payment methodWe do not require returns for defective items unless specifically requested.
LOST PACKAGES
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement.
INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
CHARGEBACKS
By placing an order, you agree to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery, confirmation of order, and communication records to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.
